Please do not send Credit Card details by ordinary E-mail as they are not secure.

We will price your order and contact you with details of the total cost. Payment may be made by cheque to our address at the foot of this page or we can take your credit card details by telephone or fax. As soon as your cheque has cleared or card payment authorised, your goods will be sent on to you. It's that simple!

In the unlikely event you have a problem or complaint, we will do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction. Telephone calls will reach us direct and we do not operate a queuing system. An answerphone will take your messages outside of office hours, or if we are unavailable.

RETURNS POLICY
In the event of goods arriving damaged or faulty, please inform us a soon as possible, when we will arrange for a replacement to be sent, together with instructions for returning the goods at our expense. Please keep original packaging and if signing for goods, mark receipt 'damaged' if there are any visible external signs.

Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase from Colourfair, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. If the goods need to be returned, please obtain a returns authorisation number, as no refunds can be made without one.  Always obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office (free of charge) which will also cover loss or damage up to £32.00 and should be kept in a safe place. The original packaging should be used wherever possible.

Please note that refunds made on undamaged goods that have been correctly supplied, are limited to the original price paid less carriage. We reserve the right to charge for goods returned in an unsaleable condition .
